Hello, I'm Anna-Leena, a mobile massage therapist with a lifelong passion for helping others feel better, in body, mind, and spirit.
Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to understanding what truly makes people well. I believe wellness is more than just the absence of pain - it’s a state of flow, balance, and harmony. My career began in admin and support roles, where I found deep satisfaction in making others’ lives easier. But in 2019, I followed the inner calling that had been with me since my teenage years and stepped fully into my work as a massage therapist.
Massage has been part of my life for over 25 years, both giving and receiving. Through these experiences, I’ve developed an intuitive sense of what feels nurturing, what relieves pain, and what creates a truly restorative experience. Over time, I’ve honed a massage style that bridges the best of both spa and sports massage - relaxing, yet effective at targeting deep tension and long-standing aches.
Training & Techniques
Originally from Sweden, I began practicing massage informally in my teens. Over the years, I’ve trained in a range of techniques to deepen my knowledge and broaden the support I can offer, including counselling support, which helps me hold space for clients with greater emotional awareness and sensitivity.

Massage, for me, is more than technique, it’s also a sacred space. I often feel like I’m guided during treatments, as if something greater is working through me. I used to keep that quiet, but recently I read that scientific studies now show intention during massage treatments enhances the results. That confirmation made me smile. It's something I've always felt, and now I can speak about it confidently.

Locations
You might prefer receiving your massage therapy in the peaceful environment of a wellness studio, or you might prefer to be in the comfort of your own home. As a primarily mobile massage therapist, I am able to provide you with both options.
SPANU MASSAGE
A blend of Eastern and Western techniques learned in a transformative 1-to-1 training with Andrea Spanu, focusing on deep tissue, pressure points, and muscle release.
HYDROTHERM MASSAGE
Warm water pads that soothe muscles and allow the client to remain on their back throughout the treatment (ideal for pregnancy and cancer massage).
